but will need to wait on the government for confirmation.

Those wishing to make a donation 'in honour', may have a card of
acknowledgement sent to the individual or their family.
Please provide mailing address, name(s) and an indication of
whether the gift is 'in honour' or 'in memoriam'.
Although we have provided the seed money to begin this ministry,
and continue to fund it as needed, the donations of friends
will ensure its longevity. We believe that it is very important
that these gifts of sympathy remain just that: free gifts.
Claire's Friends families are never asked to contribute financially
in order to receive materials. God has been very gracious in meeting
needs as they arise. Of course, we always welcome the kind donations
of those who wish to partner with us in this ministry of compassion.
Recently, we have been encouraged by the generosity of a donor
that enabled us to acquire 'Declared Trust' status and file for
'Charitable Status' in Canada. When finalized, this will allow us to issue
Canadian charitable tax receipts. ALL donations go 100% into
providing materials and postage for Claire's Friends families.
