God sees our little ones before they are born
~ He knows them intimately

"Yet You brought me out of the womb; You made me trust in You even
at my mother’s breast. From birth I was cast upon You;
from my mother’s womb You have been my God." Psalm22:9,10

"For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s
womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not
hidden from You when I was made in the secret place, when I was
woven together in the depths of the earth, Your eyes saw my unformed
body. All the days ordained for me were written in Your book before
one of them came to be." Psalm 139:13-16

"As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby
in my womb leapt for joy." Luke 1:44

King David had confidence that he would see his
little one again and he knew where he would spend eternity

"He answered, ‘While the child was still alive, I fasted and wept. I thought,
'Who knows? The LORD may be gracious to me and let the child live.
But now that he is dead, why should I fast? Can I bring him back
again? I will go to him, but he will not return to me.’"

"...and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever."

Jesus always had time for even the littlest ones

"People were also bringing babies to Jesus to have Him touch them.
When the disciples saw this they rebuked them. But Jesus called the
children to Him and said, ‘Let the little children come to Me and do
not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’"
Luke 18:15 & 16

God wants you to know that you too
can have a home in heaven

"I tell you the truth, whoever hears My word and believes Him who
sent Me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed
over from death to life." John 5:24

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in
Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23

"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in Me. In
My Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told
you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and
prepare a place for you, I will come back, and take you to be with Me
that you may also be where I am." "Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and
the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’"
John 14:1-4 & 6

"But because of His great love for us, God who is rich in mercy, made
us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions (sins) - it
is by grace you have been saved." Ephesians 2:4 & 5

God understands grief and wants to comfort you

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines
the number of stars and calls them each by name. Great is our Lord
and mighty in power; His understanding has no limit. Psalm 147:3-5

"To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of
heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting
of the Lord, that He may be glorified." Isaiah 61:3 NKJV

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie
down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores
my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will
fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they
comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my
enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely
goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will
dwell in the house of the LORD forever." Psalm23

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father
of Compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our
troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort
we ourselves have received from God." I Corinthians 1:3-5

Jesus upon the death of a friend, seeing the family

"When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with
her also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit and troubled."
"Jesus wept." John 11:33 & 35

God wants to give you peace and hope

"What is faith? It is the confident assurance that what we hope for is
going to happen. It is the evidence of things we cannot yet see." Hebrews 11:1

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and
petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the
peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your
hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in
Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy
Spirit." Romans 15:13

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor
demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither
height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to
separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 8:38,39

"But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them
which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no
hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them
also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him." 1 Thessalonians 4:13,14

"Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows" Isaiah 53:4
